Corporate intervention

The changing economic situation and the ever more tense competitive market can end up destabilizing the mode of organization and the original functioning of the structure.
The indirect consequences have repercussions on the well-being of employees and the profitability of the activity.
It's conceivable that you may sense an instability in your operational processes, accompanied by the emergence of workplace distress within your teams.
My goal
In my capacity as a work psychologist and an expert in companies facing formidable competitive challenges, my role involves furnishing you with analytical frameworks, situational clarity through evaluations, and well-established tools.
Additionally, I extend tailored prevention plans and/or interventions to address any disorders that might impede the synergy within the existing team.
As a specialist in occupational risk prevention (IPRP), acknowledged by DREETS, I possess the competence to safeguard the health and safety of employees while enhancing working conditions.
Prevention / Management of burnout
Burnout is a collective concern. Our actions can either exacerbate it or transform it into creative energy (Delbrouck, 2021).
If left unaddressed, burnout syndrome has the potential to spread and exert a detrimental collective impact, giving rise to interpersonal conflicts and disrupting organizational cohesion at work.
Optimization of the organizational method
Confronted with escalating workplace distress, organizational models like holacracy, sociocracy, or liberated companies prompt us to reconsider governance structures. Safeguarding employees from burnout becomes imperative by empowering them with the means to organize, thereby ensuring their balance.
Diagnosis of Psycho-social Risks (RPS)
A harmonious psychosocial environment not only enhances performance but also fosters personal development, promoting the mental and physical well-being of workers.
Work-related psychological strains (RPS) arise from various factors that induce stress among employees, ultimately leading to an imbalance between the resource factor and risk factor quotas.
Individual or group coaching
Providing support, whether individually or collectively, to articulate work-related challenges with the aim of rekindling energy, fostering mobilization, and ultimately restoring a dynamic of trust to facilitate smoother workplace relationships.
Training of HR and managers on the prevention of burn-out and RPS so that they have the keys to detecting warning signs and taking care of them.
My experience
As a work psychologist and with several years of experience in Business Engineering, I draw on this rich experience in SMEs/ETIs to assist managers in identifying workplace biases or obstacles. This enables them to view their organization from a different perspective, facilitating a reconsideration and optimization of their organizational approach.
My approach
An external consultant frequently plays a crucial role in the life cycle of a company by identifying issues -often latent and unnoticed- and suggesting solutions or corrections to managers.
To this end, I advocate for a holistic approach that encompasses external observations, evaluations, group dynamics, structured individual interviews, and reflections on organizational methods tailored to the existing structure. Additionally, I provide the application of motivation and personality tools, along with mediation services.
